1. Terms of Service

Standard Service Rules

By accessing this website or commissioning D.K Enterprise for software, websites, ecommerce systems, or WhatsApp automation, you agree to comply with our standard terms of service.

Development & Deliverables

We work closely with clients to outline deliverables, timelines, and milestones before commencing coding. Changes requested outside the original scope may affect project costs and completion estimates.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the ownership of custom-developed codebase and visual assets shifts entirely to the client, unless specified otherwise in the written contract. D.K Enterprise retains the right to display design mockups or screenshots in our portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.

Standard Disclaimer

Our services and software are provided "as is". While we implement the highest security practices and safe backup procedures, we are not liable for business interruptions, third-party api rate limits (e.g. Meta WhatsApp updates), or host server offline events.

2. Pricing, Timelines & Performance

Where a figure appears on this site with a superscript number, the condition attached to it is set out below.

1. Fixed price

Fixed price applies to the scope agreed in writing after the discovery call. Changes to scope are quoted separately before any work begins.

2. Performance figures

Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS and INP) are measured with Lighthouse on a mid-range Android device over 4G, median of five runs, on client production builds. “Good” thresholds are Google's published Core Web Vitals bands, not our own. Results vary with content, third-party scripts and hosting region.

3. Starting prices and timelines

Prices shown on service pages are starting points for a typical project of that kind, not quotes. Your figure depends on scope and is fixed in writing after the discovery call. Timelines are typical and depend on how quickly content and approvals come back from your side.
